The Vision
Character worth keeping. A future worth building.
Behind the worn finishes and peeling plaster was a stone farmhouse with a story. We kept the rooflines, the deep-set windows and the farmhouse feel, and rebuilt nearly everything else: a new kitchen, a refreshed bathroom, new bedrooms, and a third-floor primary suite that turned Unit 2 into a two-bath home.

A fresh start for the heart of the home
The paneling, patterned floor and dated cabinets came out down to the lath. Dark cabinetry, light counters and stainless appliances give the kitchen an entirely different feel.
