The Cabin

The Stay
Summer
Arrowhead Lake is a private lake community, and your stay includes access to it. Swim off the beaches, take out the two kayaks kept at Beach 3, drop a line in, or spend the afternoon at the seasonal pools. The closest beach is about a seven-minute walk from the cabin door.
Evenings
When the sun goes down, the gas fireplace goes on. Outside there is a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, made for s’mores and long conversations. Inside there is a shelf of board games and books for the nights nobody wants to go anywhere.
Space
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two separate living areas mean the group can spread out instead of stacking up. Kids can have a movie going in one room while the adults keep the fire and the conversation in the other.
Pets
Your dog is welcome here. The cabin sits on a quiet wooded lot with room to roam, and the Arrowhead Lake community has plenty of walking to do. No need to board them or cut the trip short — bring them along.
Mornings
A Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and a milk frother, because vacation mornings should not involve a compromise. The kitchen is fully stocked and recently upgraded, so cooking here is a pleasure rather than a scavenger hunt through unfamiliar drawers.
Connected
Wi-Fi runs at roughly 285 Mbps, quick enough for a video call, a remote workday, or four people streaming different things at once. Every TV has Roku or Amazon Fire TV with YouTube TV, so you can watch the game exactly as you would at home.
Every season
Summer is lake season. Fall brings the foliage the Poconos are known for. Winter puts you within half an hour of three ski mountains and a night at the fire pit afterward. Spring is the quiet one — fewer people, lower rates, the woods to yourself.
